Delivery Costs

UK 1st Class Delivery - £1.95
Europe - £7.50- delivery usually 4-7 days.
USA and Rest of World - £8.50 - delivery usually 7-10 days.
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (UK only) - if ordered by 1pm - £6.50
(Orders placed on a Friday will be guaranteed for Monday)
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (UK Only) - £9.95 if ordered by 1pm Friday

Delivery charges cover orders up to a maximum of 2kg Uk or 1kg international. If your order exceeds this we will calculate your delivery charge and contact you before dispatch.

Goods are sent by Royal Mail, and may have to be signed for on receipt.

Standard deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent.  No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.

Please examine goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition.

Delivery charges are per order.

Your goods will be delivered with a £ Sterling receipt for goods purchased.

Stock and Dispatch

We know that you are keen to receive your purchase so we endeavour to dispatch most items  within 24 hours of ordering. 

If an item is not in stock it will usually be dispatched within 3-7 days of ordering and you will be notified of any delay via email. If we cannot deliver within this time you will be notified immediately via email and, with your agreement, we will arrange another time for delivery. If another time cannot be agreed we will fully refund your order. 


99% of items shown are in stock.  If an item is not in stock a note to allow a certain number of days for dispatch will be shown.

Very occasionally, a popular item shown as in stock may be selling so fast that it's unavailable when we process your order. If this happens we will let you know via your email address provided as soon as we do.

Returns

Returns - Non-faulty goods can be returned within 30 days from date of dispatch of the order. For full details please see Terms
